can anyone tell me how a.m. and p.m. can be represented in Urdu?

a.m. = Ante meridian
p.m. = Post meridian

some-one gave me the following, but i don't feel confident about it.

a.m. = قبل ازدوپہر
p.m. = بعدازدوپہر
