No name found in Arabic / Urdu dictionary. One company in Rawalpindi / Islamabad by this name (Shanzay International) Better you call Mr. Pervez Shah of Shanzay & ask the origin of this name. I found on internet, one kids name in San Francisco.

Zubair is obviously the diminutive form of
"zabir" (starting from letter "dad") that
means "hard, strong".
On the other hand, "penis" in arab is "zubb"
(starting from "zain"), diminutive form will
be "zubaib" or, less probably, "zuwaib". Not
"zubair" anyway.
