This was suggested for medicinal purposes to my uncle. He sadly passed away but still had this written down on a note in his jacket pocket. I would really like to find out what this was and whether we would have been able to get this in the uk. Apparently it is a type of saag.
Many thanks to all brothers and sisters - hope someone can help

the correct pronunciation is 'kach maach' it's a leaf vegtable with a slightly bitter taste and grows wild in azad kashmir. when it reaches maturity it develops what look like small berries at the end of each shaft which carry the seeds.

well kach means raw, unripe and march is mirch
so i guess its unripe chilli but which one there r a few type of chillies
i dont think this term is used for some specific one, but i can be wrong
best of luck bye
