hi Diya, here is the meanings

1. Aliyah - Female - Exalted, noble
2. Nadia - Female - Hope.
3. Sunaiya = its not correct spell.(if i m not wrong)
(there is a village in Indian Punjab,4 km from BATALA, on the Batala-Fatehgarh Churian road.
there is one name Sumaiya - Female - Pure
or summayah : The first lady who obtained shahadat in Islam(mother of Hazrrat Ammar who is Sahabi of Prophet(P.B.U.H)

Hi, thanks once again for your help.
The third name Sunaiya is not actually mis-spelt, that is how it is pronounced, but judging by your reaction to the name it confirms my original thought that sunaiya doesnt actually have any meaning to it, and is just one of those names which have been made up to sound good.

I am using as simple words as I can, as english is not my first language.
when you say, MUJHE APNI TANHAI PE PURA TASARRUF HE,
means I have complete authority how I live TANHA or spend time of my TANHAE,
when you say, MUJHE APNI TANHAI PE PURA IKHTIYAR HE
means I have full command on my TANHAI, its me who decided to live like,
when you say I AM HAPPY/SATISFIED WITH MY TANHAE,
means ME APNI TANHAE ME / SE KHUSH/MUTMAEN HON,
