The word Ayesha is on the weight fa'eel(a) in arabic, and is the fa'eel form of the root 'asha, ya'ishu ﻋﺎﺵ ﻳﻌﻴﺶ which means "to live", or "to reside" -- so a rough translation of Ayesha (properly pronounced aa'eesha) would be someone who's "lively".
The Urdu verb "aesh karna" is to enjoy yourself, in which "aesh" is borrowed from the same Arabic root "to live" however in Urdu its lost its original meaning -- we can see how the two might be related though -- like the English expression "live a little" i.e. enjoy yourself.

Afsos -- depends on how you use it:
Mujhe afsos hai == I am saddened that...
Afsos karna == to mourn, to express grief
Afsos na karo == don't lose heart etc.
Kash -- "if only"
Majboor -- "compelled or forced"

I just have one question for you. I haven't had a chance to ask a Hindi Muslim person who still lives there this. How do you perceive the treatment of Muslims there now? Why is it that 95% of the Muslim population there is under the poverty line? Despite the killings and massacres (Gujurat/Kashmir), what are the general feelings of people there? I've heard and seen bad things happening to the population there. That's why I always think to myself, پاک سر زمین شادباد, کشورِ حسین شادباد, برایے ہمیشہ علی قولِ لاالاة الا اللہ
