I have looked in a Farsi dictionary for the meanng of Ayaan- Aa'n, Yeh, Alif and Noon- this means evident ,manifest, hence Ayaan -i- Azam would mean Geat Declaration. If it is Aiwaan - Alif, Ai'n,wavo, Alif Noon, this is pluran of O'on, help, blessing, Ba oon ullah meaning By the help of God. Thinking of giving it as a name for a child, one has to take into account whether it would be understood and pronounced properly. It is relevant to note that in the website of Urduseek, neither name is listed among Muslim names. In choosing a name for a child, perhaps simpler and more helpful line would be to take the 99 atributes of God or some poetic terms. One major consideration I think would be whether the child would feel happy and at home with the given name.
