Some thing that contains Iron. In urdu it the closest single word would be Aahani which mean made of Iron. The closest translation would be Aahan Aamoz mean some thing that has Iron in the mix.
Ferrous as a noun should be Aahan or Loha.

Spam in its derivative meaning conveys unwelcome intrusions in one's Internet. This, I would suggest, can be translated in Urdu as Fuzool ( plural Fuzulyaat)c- meaning Intruder,meddlesome. If one wants to indicate one's indignatin, spam could be described as Bakwaas- ill-mannered utterances.
