Khush Fehmi is a pleasant mistaken belief.

For example if Miss A is actually fat, but she believes that she is not, then we say that:

Miss A ko ye "Khush Fehmi" hai ki vo patli hain.
meaning

Miss A 'happily believes' that she is slim.
