I don't believe that it's an Urdu word. You may want to check a Hindi dictionary. It might be adopted by some Pakistani people, like many other Hindi words.

Well i ask some of the proverbs and i want their translation into urdu which are as follows;
1. a nod to the wise and a rod to otherwise
2.all the roads leads to Rome
3. a quality conscience needs no accuser
4. a rolling stone gathers no moss
5. it is of no use to cry over split milk

i want these proverb translation ok

Here are the Translations in order except the First one:
کل خیابان روم کی جہت میں ہیں
All roads lead to Rome

وجدانِ خوب کو متہم کی احتیاج نہیں
