Helo, Farihah, I have looked at two Farsi/Urdu Dictionaries for the meaning of your name; neither provides a direct answer. However the Urduseek website, under Muslim Names, provides the answer: the word means Happy. The root of this word is Farah ( Arabic) or Farhat ( Farsi) meaning happy. I don't understand why this should not be a good name; but I presume that some people may in fun may mean Fariba ( root farib) meaning deceitful. But then this is not your name.

Well I dont know Urdu much but I think this should be the conversion:

"Aap ki kashish sarfarosh hai, Aap ka nasha yuun madhosh hai
kya kahein tumsay jaanejaa Ghum hua hosh hai"

English:
"your attraction is a cause for rebel,
your charm is intoxicating
dont know what to tell you, I've lost all senses."

Someone knowing good Urdu please correct me, if wrong.
thx.
